Beginning November 1, 2014 you will see the new COMPASS ROSE logo when you access the application. The debut of this new logo represents another step in the transition of the Pathways COMPASS application to COMPASS ROSE. Why change the name, you ask? Think about this…a compass is a navigational tool that points in a single direction based on other external influences (the earth’s magnetic poles). A compass rose is a guide found on map to help the viewer see ALL the possible directions one can travel to reach a destination. As communities move forward and implement new tools designed to help clients discover the best possible paths to greater self-sufficiency, the data system will be evolving to support a variety of new processes. COMPASS ROSE will be a guide that helps us branch out in new directions, navigate barriers and chart a path for success.
